Business-Purpose HELOC Options
Explore potential access to business capital using equity in eligible residential property.
Presto Prestamo, LLC d/b/a 239 Loans is a business-funding broker, not a direct lender. We help business owners identify potential options from independent third-party providers. Each provider determines eligibility, property requirements, approval, pricing and final terms.
WHAT IS A BUSINESS-PURPOSE HELOC?
A business-purpose home equity line of credit is a revolving credit line secured by eligible residential property and intended for eligible business uses. Available draws, repayment requirements and other features depend on the provider’s agreement.
Because the property secures the obligation, default may result in foreclosure and loss of the home.
POTENTIAL BUSINESS USES
Subject to provider approval, permitted uses may include working capital, inventory or equipment, business expansion or improvements, acquisition-related expenses, or refinancing eligible business obligations. Each provider determines acceptable uses and documentation requirements.
HOW THE REVIEW WORKS
-
Submit a short funding inquiry with your requested amount, intended business use and timing.
-
We review the information for potential provider fit and availability.
-
If an appropriate path may be available, the provider may request a full application and supporting documents through an approved secure method.
-
The provider independently decides whether to make an offer and establishes all terms.
Submitting an inquiry is not a credit application, approval, commitment or offer of financing. No approval, amount, rate, term or funding date is guaranteed.
IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS
Before accepting an offer, review which property secures the obligation, how existing liens may be affected, whether the rate or payment can change, draw and repayment requirements, closing costs and other fees, and default, prepayment and renewal provisions.
Property type, ownership, equity, title, insurance, lien position and occupancy requirements vary by provider. Consider obtaining independent legal, tax and financial advice before pledging residential property.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is 239 Loans a direct lender? No. Financing, if offered, is provided by a third party that controls underwriting, approval, pricing and terms.
Will my current mortgage remain unchanged? That depends on the provider, proposed structure, existing liens and title review. Do not assume an existing mortgage or lien will remain unaffected until the provider confirms the final structure in writing.
Is this available everywhere? No. Products and providers vary by state and may not be available to every applicant, property or business purpose.
What should I submit first? Begin with the non-sensitive funding review. Do not submit Social Security numbers, account credentials, tax documents, identity documents or bank statements through the initial inquiry.
